Ordering Process

How It Works

  1. Select design – Select a design from our design gallery that you’d like to customize with your own text. If you cannot find exactly what you’re looking for, please contact us with your preference.
  2. Submit customizations & request proof – Tell us what you’d like the sign to say. Most customers go with a family or farm name, but it’s entirely up to you. Most signs even have room at the bottom, which can be used for an EST. date or other details about your farm/ranch. Requests to change the main artwork portion of the sign can be made for additional fees. Please inquire for details.
  3. Receive proof – Once we have all of your details, we will design a proof for you with the customizations you submitted.
  4. Determine sign specs – With the design taken care of, customers then select sign specifications. This mainly consists of the size and thickness of the steel used.
  5. Approve quote – With the design and specs finalized, a firm quote will be submitted for approval. The prices shown in the design gallery will not change unless the customer requests additional customizations to the design. Included in standard pricing is custom text on top and bottom of the sign. Any design enhancements beyond that will increase your final price.
  6. Go to production – 50% down payment is required to go to production. Once received, we send your sign to the production floor. At this point it will be 4-6 weeks before you receive your sign.
  7. Receive & install sign – The best part! You get to put up your sign and display it proudly for all to see.
